Re: Mount Seymour Parkway & South Lytton St. – Restoration Works – Weekly Update
Dear Residents and Neighbours,
We would like to share an update regarding our civil and restoration works as the summer break comes to a close. Significant progress has been made over the summer months, and we are proud to share that we are now in the final stages leading toward the completion of the project.
With schools (SD44) returning into session starting Tuesday, September 8th, there will be no further planned lane closures on Mount Seymour Parkway or Lytton Street. Moving forward, all remaining construction activities will be conducted entirely within the boundaries of the construction site until final project completion.
Should any specific, unforeseen activities be required on Lytton Street or Mount Seymour Parkway in the future, advanced notice will be provided to the community.
The safety of our trade partners and the community continues to be our highest priority, and we remain dedicated to maintaining a safe environment as we finalize the project.
What to Expect:
- No lane closures will be in place starting September 8th as schools return to session.
- All construction operations and site activities will be contained within the property boundaries.
- Advance notice will be distributed to residents if any future off-site work is required.
