Re: Mount Seymour Parkway & South Lytton St. – Permanent Restoration Works – Weekly Update

Dear Residents and Neighbours,

For the upcoming week, we are pleased to confirm that there will be no traffic closures on either Mt. Seymour Parkway or South Lytton Street. Furthermore, there will be no further closures for the remainder of the month. All scheduled work activities will be conducted within the project site (onsite), ensuring both roads remain open to regular traffic. We anticipate resuming all off-site activities at the beginning of next year, 2026.

Thank you for your continued cooperation, which has been key to all the achievements accomplished this year, as we advance these improvements while minimizing disruptions to the community.

Scope of Work:

Mt. Seymour Parkway & Lytton St.:

• No lane closures planned for next week or for the remainder of the month.
• All project-related work will be conducted exclusively onsite.

What to expect:

• Normal traffic flow on both Mt Seymour Parkway and South Lytton Street throughout the week and for the rest of the month.
• All project activities will be contained within the designated work areas, with no impact on public roads or access.
