Lost Dog in Blueridge – Buster

Let’s hope for another “happy ending” to a “lost-dog-in Blueridge” story. Buster has been missing since Thursday November 26th. He is a black & tan Doberman cross, 2 years of age. He went missing near Park Royal (Taylor Way and Keith Road) so you might well wonder why we are posting about him here in Blueridge. Well, he was last spotted HERE, near where the Baden Powell trail crosses Hyannis Drive. This sighting came only 2 days ago (Monday) so it is possible he is still in the area. Here’s some info from the Dogwood Rescue Society (who are fostering Buster until they can find his “forever home”).

He was playing with other dogs in the area but the people could not catch him.  If you see him please call
604-926-1842 or 778-228-6519.  Get down low and offer him treats as he is a nervous boy and won’t come readily to strangers. He’s from Dogwood Rescue Society and does respond to his name and the sound of a whistle.

I’ll be posting updates on our Facebook and Twitter pages, so check there for more info as we get it.
